PROFILE

PT BOWELL CONST ( B_CONST) was established on November 23rd, 2002, based on No. 23 of Notary Certificate, and legalized by No. C-05307 HT.01.01.TH.2003, dated on March 11th, 2003. PT B-CONST has had experiences for more than 10 years. With its prestige, this company had successfully completed many important projects, starting from the private house until public house, from residential till real estate project, from bungalows till villaâ € ™ s, from governmentsâ € ™ offices till commercial office, and becoming one of the most popular contractors in Bali.

The big projects that have been our prides are: Michiko Villa, Frangipane Spa, Athena Garden Villa, Lee Bao Hue Taiwan, Nata Loka T â € “ House, Nata Loka real estate, Prana Resident, PP Jaya Developer, Lucky Home stay, Ben Spa, Buddha Garden Villa, Green Waves Villa, Mansion Dicielo River, Mansion Dicielo Hill. Architecture Design

B-CONST is a full-service architectural design firm founded in 2002 and located in South Bali, Indonesia. Every project is managed by one of the three B-CONST principal architects, who each bring over 7 years of design experience to the job. B-CONST commitment is to provide innovative solutions that serve the practical needs of our clients.

Leadership

B-CONST understands that buildings are becoming increasingly complex and require the efforts of a diverse group of people to become realized. Client, contractors, consultants, and craftsmen need to be orchestrated on behalf of the client under the direction and leadership of the architect. Each project receives the active involvement of a B-CONST principal, whose focus is on the delivery of a building on time, within budget, and of lasting value.
